In addition to the trial and error of life experience, Brian Blessing honed his sports gambling and oddsmaking skills while working as Media Manager for Las Vegas Sports Consultants (LVSC), the top oddsmaking firm in Las Vegas and in the world at the time. Brian developed the broadcast wing of LVSC, which was subsequently purchased by Cantor Gaming and rebranded CG Analytics.

Thoroughbred Horse Racing 1997 Eclipse Award Winner Brian Blessing
An avid horse bettor who grew up on the racebook tracks around Erie, Pennsylvania, and Buffalo, New York, Brian covered the Breeders’ Cup events for many, many years. In 1997, Brian Blessing was awarded the highest honor in thoroughbred racing, the Eclipse Award, for producing and narrating a television documentary about the event.

For the first half of his broadcast career, Brian Blessing was a traditional sports radio personality, sports television anchor, sports reporter and sports show host. Covering the professional sports teams in western New York state, Brian spent much of his time working with the NFL Bufflao Bills and NHL Buffalo Sabres.
