The University of North Dakota, and Buffalo, New York, among other venues, are being considered for a neutral, quarantined resumption of the NHL season and Stanley Cup playoffs with no fans. Perhaps the two conferences could operate separately at each location. The guys have an interesting discussion on how and why it could work.
