The Blues beat the Bruins to win the title last season, but neither St. Louis nor Boston is favored to win the 2020 Stanley Cup. The Tampa Bay Lightning are the current favorite to win the Stanley Cup, but that doesn’t mean much, as they were also the preseason favorite to win the Cup a year ago.
